Dyson
Are you thinking about getting the Dyson Airwrap?
I've been using the Dyson AirWrap since it first launched and now own two sets. The first was the standard version available in stores, but I later upgraded to a better, customized set. After taking the Quiz on Dyson’s website, they tailored the second set based on my hair type, length, and styling preferences. Looking back, I wish I had waited & understood the product better before purchasing the first one.
Personally, I love it, it is my go to tool. I use it to dry my hair after shower & style it at the same time. It saves so much time, especially for daily use. However, I do not use it when I want to do my hair for a special occasion, or when I want to style my hair extensions.
Positives:
Less heat damage
Quick styling
Cool shot feature helps lock in style
Available in multiple colors
Works on both wet & dry hair
Versatile for various hairstyles
Negatives:
Bulky and not travel-friendly
Not ideal for all hair types
Style doesn’t always hold well
Weak as a blow-dryer compared to other models
Higher price point
chitosan Pre-styling & post-styling hair serum for hold
Thinking of getting the Chitosan Serum from Dyson?
Dyson recently launched two hair serums, designed for both pre- and post-styling, with a refillable concept priced at $69.99. The post-styling serum is suitable for all hair types, while the pre-styling serum is divided into two categories and four variations:
Straight to Wavy: Available in light or rich conditioning options.
Curly to Coily: Also comes in light or rich conditioning options.
Both serums claim to condition the hair & help hold the style. Naturally, I rushed to get the post-styling serum because I love Dyson’s technology. I used it after styling with my Dyson AirWrap & appreciated its non-sticky texture and frizz control. However, I was disappointed as it didn’t make much of a difference as my hairstyle lasted less than a day.
