Sultan Ahmet Turkish Restaurant

A new Turkish restaurant recently opened in Ottawa, so we decided to give it a try. The menu was one of the largest I’ve ever seen. Which, while offering a wide variety of options, made it a bit overwhelming for my indecisive friends. It makes you want to order more dishes to avoid the FOMO feeling.

$40 - $60 per person.

what we ordered:

• Mix mere plate: hummus, baba ghanouch, labneh…

• Sultan Ahmet Signature salad: it was good, but it needed more flavour so we asked for extra pomagranate molasses

• Ground Beef Pide: & cheese, this was 10/10

• Chicken Ali Nazik: not bad, chicken with eggplant, garlic & yogurt sauce

• Lamb Chops: 4 pcs. it was really good, but too much fat.

Tres Leche Cake

I love this cake, it’s a sponge cake soaked with 3 different types of milk. you guys its PERFECT!
