Vitamin E Oil

I use vitamin E capsules by breaking them open to extract the oil. I typically apply it in the morning when I wake up, although many people recommend applying it at night or 20 minutes before bed. Personally, I avoid using it at night because it's quite heavy & doesn't fully absorb within that short time. I make sure that am not leaving the house when applying it, because of its thickness, it won’t allow the absorption of other skin care products. + if your skin is prone to acne, make sure you only apply it once or twice a week.

What I’ve noticed is that using it regularly has helped even out my skin tone + gives my face a fuller, more radiant appearance.

Vitamin E oil:

  3. reduces signs of aging

  4. evens skin tone
